We then personally meet and screen every candidate to determine their
skills, drive and style and match them to your position requirements prior to
your ever meeting them or even seeing a resume.
That ensures that your time is spent considering and interviewing those
candidates that are truly qualified, interested and culturally a fit for your
company.
Our database of candidates is based on referrals and networking, not job
boards.
Types of Placements:
Retained Searches:
This type of search allows us to focus our attention on recruiting someone
specifically for your open position. We will assess the job description and
salary ranges before accepting a retained search so that we can accurately
determine whether or not we can fill the position.
Should you hire us to do a retained search, you will be guaranteed dedicated
time on our behalf to recruit candidates. You will also be given a "first-
refusal" option, in other words we will submit our top candidates to you and
will not present them to any other Griffin Consulting clients until you release
them.
Payment for retained searches include a retainer fee of 1/3 of the estimated
base salary, the remaining 2/3 to be paid at time of placement.
Contingency Searches:
If we recruit the person that you hire, our standard fees are a percentage of
the first year’s base salary.
Contract Assignments:
We also have candidates available for temporary or contract assignments.
You are responsible for the training and supervision of that contractor. You
will be invoiced weekly for the number of hours worked, and we will pay the
contractor and related payroll expenses.
